Whoops ... late entry for Saturday
Good morning. This is me and you know what??! FISHYMAN IS HOME!!! I know, I know I can’t believe it either! It is just the most amazing thing. We had been sleeping, but at about 10 or 10:30 pm, he called us to say he was getting home in 4 hours. Hehehe well, it didn’t all happen that smoothly … he was saying 1 and we couldn’t establish in our sleepy minds if he was talking about 1 in the afternoon or night or this day or that day … Man we were a jumbly mess! At the end is when he finally figured on saying 4 hours, but by then about the only thing we thought of beside “oh-man-oh-man!” Was when he said that we were supposed to go back to bed.I think we slipped back into that state and all the rest became a fuzzy dream.
The next thing was that we woke up about 1:30 am and thought fishyman is going to be home soon. So, we used the washroom, and then cleared off a few things that had gathered on the kitchen table, and then we got a pillow and was going to sleep at the kitchen table for a bit until he got there, because we didn’t want to miss out on him coming home, and THEN! We heard the keys in the door … and WOW! FISHYMAN IN PERSON!!!
We gave him a very long squishy hug, but we had to wait until he put his stuff down he said. Oh slow down rapid heart of ours. We were asking questions and following him in his bedroom and we DID let him use the washroom while we made some lemonade slushies, but in general we didn’t give him much space that didn’t look like good massaging … hehehe, but that would be us, wouldn’t it?
He said in his normal fishyman way …. Oh nothing really happened … and we thought oh man don’t TEASE us!! So as we sat on the couch in the cool living room sippin lemonaides and him getting a nice massage, little things started spilling out from him. I think he got along better with Bob than not … because he said a few things that were making us giggle to pieces. Like Bob apparently put leaches on Super buddies tummy while he had dozed off, and then there was something about a water fight on the boat – but, he said both are too old to tip either of the other off the boat anymore … Jeese seems to me to be like a couple big boys – don’t you think so?? The only bad thing was that when he had first walked into the door before undressing was that he smelt our friend smelt like cigars … Yeeks, you can be sure those clothes came off pretty fast … we’re only 18 days away from our one year not-smoking anniversary … and I think it was part of the hypnotism thing that if we smelt that stuff it would repulse us. That it did. But, not super buddy … we lovin him to pieces!
He reiterated that the food wasn’t good … we forgot to ask him about the women again. Need to assure that we’re number 1 still *giggle*. He is going to have some problem though in that he said something about telling Bob that he had “HIS” situation … meaning ME under control. Yeeks. You know that is just beggin to be tested out now! We don’t want our guy to be losing face, but then we don’t want to seem like a pushover … well, of course nobody has to ask me to give long back rubs, but not a daisy blowing in the wind! HMPF! And, then Rich asked … did I tell Bob our address? Hehehe who me!?? I told him Bob asked – as his first question and we responded excitedly. I think *giggling* that was Rich wondering how much control he had ! It was because I asked if he let Bob drop him off and he sheepishly said yes. I guess he said the address is 46 --- and Bob finished off 05. Rich must have wondered if Bob wasn’t a mind reader! Poor guys they are so funny. Both Rich and Bob told us the story of Rich leading his friend all over the place when Bob had tried to follow him home one night. They are so gosh darn funny. Rich is supposed to go over today sometime after he gets up and him and his buddy will sort out some fishying stuff. This is going to be one of those times we think can we go, can we go?? But, most likely I’ll have to wait patiently behind.
Let’s see what else did he say … Oh there was this one part where he talked about the guys … especially one who did a lot of complaining about his ailments. I think that was hard on everyone and one poor guy in particular got stuck with it. Rich was saying something about the complaining guy not wanting to let the other guy do the boat even though the first guy seemed to be hurting. That be guys for you though. Sometimes they can get so stubborn. God bless the ones with patience.
Rich talked a little more about his fishing too. I think he felt bad about being the “worse” fisherman in the group. But, then he said he got a big musky on the last day so, that was something. He also talked about on Tuesday having a 58” fish on his line, but he said that the fish straightened out his leader … I think that has to do something with the hook. But, anyway the fish got away and it now is going to live on in the legend of all good fishy stories about the fish that got away. There was another team that had gone out and the fishy caught was netted, but it was an inexperienced partner who didn’t know the fish was heavier then the net would hold and he lifted up the net and the fishy got away. I felt bad for that guy too.
Oh yeah and there was this part about them almost getting hit with a tornado. Fishy man was with the guys in a cabin and he was talking about all the branches breaking outside – you could hear them and he said he’d gotten up and told the others about the size of the hail outside, and one of the family members running the camp said she saw something, but in the morning when everything was peaceful again … they’d gone out and there were thousands of branches down and some big trees he described twice the size of our 3 story apartment and they had to find another path to their breakfast place. And, then he said that the fish house – where the guides cleaned the fish was completely moved upside down and somewhere else.
Well, you can imagine we were taken up with this story … we always know when we’re fearful, because we find that we’ve forgotten to be doing the backrubbing. Has something to do with picking our jaw up from the floor. Mostly because we worry so much about something happening to Sweetie Pie. Don’t know what I’d do if he were hurt bad. We’d … shhhhh ok, girls no reason to go there … let’s come back now, k?
Ok, ok … can you remember anymore stories? Hmm. We didn’t hear about a real lot yet because he was pretty tired … we knew when he decided to stretch out on the bed instead of the couch … we kept up the backrubs, and he had become more quiet and his breathing changed to a regular underlying softness rhymic and melodic. Ahhhh. That be our Sweetie Pie … we’d been sneaking in regular kisses all along so gave him a few more and gave him an out for the night on putting us to bed, because we’re trying to tell him that sometimes its ok, if WE put HIM to bed. But, this time he accepted and I’m sure he was out before we hit the door. We did manage to get to his shoulders, head, buttocks, thighs and a few tickles to his feet.
I can’t tell you how happy I am to have him back. We can and did do our time, but it is nothing like knowing he’s tucked away in bed. He had said something about sleeping for another half hour when he’d gotten up an hour ago, but we can be pretty sure that he wasn’t REALLY going to be getting up. I don’t know too where he left his cell phone, but we’re thinking his fishy friend is going to let him sleep in a bit, because he too will be huggin that pillow! Hehehe. Good fishy people.
I’m thinking we’ll take a little break here and maybe go take our medicine, and have our shower so we are good when he gets up. The question of sex came up last night, but he said his toys were tired. Well, he didn’t say it like that, but that was our interpretation. You know those issues are going to get addressed soon. Not that that’s the kind of things we sit around planning out … if that were going to be the truth, which of course we’re never sure of.
Ok, let’s be moving on … brb.
Whoops little intermission … we got the medicine, but decided to have breakfast first … we’re about 3 hours behind schedule. We’re hoping we don’t wake fishyman … he said he got plenty of nappin done on the way home, but it’s about 8:30 am now and he usually doesn’t sleep past that … BUT, he was up til 2 am last night … so theoretically, he should sleep til at least 10 or 1 ½ hours more. We’ll try to be quiet.
AHA! Back! And, you know what? My new pajamas are in … You can’t see only the “little” version.
That’s it … enough for you!
The rest is generous in size emphasizes some good stuff and goes to the ground. I think our fishyman is going to need wrestling these off of us!! Hehehe
Ok, back … umm … turns out he didn’t have to wrestle so hard. *Sigh* Well, ok we’re back, we’re back with a happy smile upon our face. Fishyman is doing some private stuff and we’re sitting here as happy as a glow worm.
Ok ok we can think clearly again, hmm? Left us in a bunch of an uproar – in the good sense … Our fishyman hit homeplate. SHHHHH ok, girls that’s enough of that!
K? There’s got to be SOME privacy! I know, I know … but its hard not to think about it. That’s a good point, but we have to preserve some privacy … there are things you don’t want people to know about, right? Well, some stuff, but not all the stuff ok … that’s a good point too, but for right now we’re not going to talk about the sex stuff directly ok? That’s going to be a rule, not because I said it, but because we know fishyman wouldn’t like us saying everything. So, we’re going with that, k? Everybody always gets to make rules, but me. Hmm, I hadn’t been aware of that … would you like to make a rule now? YES! But, I have to think about it. Ok, anytime you’re ready. Let’s go on now awhile while she’s thinking … we don’t want to disturb her processes.
So, where we last left off with our body is that we were watching him make lists … he said he didn’t know what he was going to do so had to make new lists … He made TOO many stuff for him to do, then tried to put down a few things WE should do … well certainly we weren’t for that!
Ok, well we did one thing just now on the list … we started the dishwasher. There were just a few things to get in there … there was more cups and glasses than anything else. Well, ‘cept cereal bowls. Now, he can’t tell us to do that, hmpf!
After the back feels better, we might do a little in the living room too. We had, of course, left clothes in the living room again … what’s up with that anyway?
We’ve got water bottles to fill, we should feed the plants, and we need to pick up our blanket. But, beside that and maybe vacuuming later, there’s not a whole lot in her. We asked him to put on his list that we are going to need showing him the rest of our clothes that we haven’t opened yet. They were sitting by our back door last night thanks to the lady downstairs. She sure is nice about that, don’t you think?
We’re getting kind of curious now! I think there is one more delivery that should be made, but I don’t remember which clothes were in which delivery. Let me look.
Nah. Too hard … best we wait until fishyman is out then we’ll look into things. I
want to be surprised with him. He doesn’t know we spent twice as much as he had given. But, then there was that dental refund, remember?
Oh, just a stray work thought … we got in our letter from CARF. We definitely passed the inspection. We are now accredidated for another three years. WOOHOOO.
I’ll have to look more carefully at the recommendations one at a time, but I didn’t
think there was anything that I couldn’t get accomplished, or sister wouldn’t accomplish first. Whoops here’s fishy man! BRB
Ok, ok … this is me … I’m here again, k?
Ok, let’s do that again. We’re here again. We’re having an identity crisis with the clothes, but my vote is this one! It seems the yellow does offset the sand color a bit, though in front of the camera and window they both look bright.
Everything is going to need a little checking … Hmm, maybe we should check the hush puppies. I hope they fit. One of the dresses didn’t fit, but everything else is ok so far. We are missing 3 outfits. We need a purple dress, a jean shorts, and a fancy top. There’s so many clothes to think about and Sweetie Pie was patient through all the trying on, but now he is saying we need to do something with our closet and we’re not too happy about that decision. Hmm, maybe we can take out the outfits that we don’t wear. That would give us a lot of space. *Sigh* but, where would we put them all. Now they are all about Sweeties bedroom … the new clothes … Not sure what we are going to do. He’s on the phone right now so we’re taking a breath. Oh oh here he comes.
Oh oh … we got busted again. It sure does happen a lot when our super friend is here. He says that we have to wear the apron at home when we are eating or doing stuff like leaning up against the desk, because we are always getting our front dirty … then he said that we should wear an apron down at work too, but if we were to do that … we’d want to get the other six aprons. The other two sets come in green and pink. Those aren’t always my favorite colors, but we could mix and match them a bit. We know sister has an apron she wears sometimes and the aprons are a good fit. So, we’re not worried about that part. Our fishy friend says that when we would leave the office, we would take the apron off. We are going to need thinking of that because that seems like a lot of switching, although I like the part that we wouldn’t get ink on our clothes like our good new jacket . Hmm, we could consider this our new super duper wonder woman cape! That might work.
Oh man … I don’t know how much I missed but its 1:30 in Chicago … and Live Earth is on … we are listening to Jack Johnson in Australia. I didn’t know him before, but I am choosing him over Katie Melua in Germany … though I liked here too. He’s got a nice soft soothing voice and the music seems sort of just smooth and easy. We’re going to skip metallica and spinal tap … those sound rough because there are like 11 channels to be hearing. I don’t know how long it plays, but I know at least up to 10 pm tonight maybe more. Australia has this neat background with all old tires with lights in their middle parts. Nice recycling. I really like this Jack person.
Whoops had to get past the fishyman … he’s moving … well actually he’s left the house now cuz he’s moving so fast. I need to regroup. We’re listening to KT Tunstall in NY. Shoot they had a commercial. We need to switch our light bulbs.
What’s next?
Well, we’ve had another clothing change. We’re looking at a South African group. I think we’re going back for the Al Gore message after a bit. … they said 10 minutes. I think we’ll ask to get the dvd. Maybe we could see a movie with Sweetie tonight? I would though like to keep on the concert as long as we can … It is a very beautiful thing. We changed clothes though because Sweetie says that we need to go for a walk … our big 4000 day was already six days ago. But, we’re going to need telling Sweetie Pie that we haven’t had lunch yet and its already quarter to 3. He said he’s going to be home at 3 pm so we can go for our walk at the zoo.
We’re supposed to be putting away our clothes or emptying the dishwasher, but we’re trying to get in our writing, listen to the concert and rest up for the walk … that’s scaring is because we don’t think we’re going to be able to do it. Maybe if I turn up my music we would be able to hear in the bedroom. Hmm? Then we could hang up clothes I think … let us try.
Ok, we’re back … we were putting away clothes when our friend came in … He’s finishing in the washroom and we finished by throwing out the garbage and making his bed. He is being more nice than he ever should. He gave us back most the closet and he says I can hang the clothes that I’m wearing. And, we can save our closet for the clothes that don’t fit. The other closet has so many storage boxes nothing else fits in. I think he’s off schedule because its 3:22 and we’re not at the zoo … and it closes at 6 pm and we need at least a couple hours and we haven’t stopped for our sandwiches yet. Maybe we’ll walk somewhere else like in a park. Oh oh … he’s ready to cruz. I know that means I have to get ready. Too bad because there’s an African lady with a beautiful voice I like to hear.
