Just a quick note ... pretty electronically zapped
Hello … it’s finally me. I’m sorry, but it wasn’t such a good day for writing. I was trying to figure out how to get ToDo’s on my iPod. Then I went to the gym, and had some time foolin around kind of having a lax day.I just got off the phone with Rich. He had a terribly low sexy voice today … I don’t know how he does that, but it makes my whole body vibrate. Pshwoo. He took me down to the lake to look at the moon from the dock. He did that yesterday too.
He sure is a mushy face. He said that he was in second place and their BBQ got rained out so they ate out. He said that it’s been raining in WI where he is since noon. I’m glad he has had his shower and probably warmed up a bit. He says Bob is being Bob, but for the most part he seems relaxed. Good baby.
He walked me into the kitchen to make sure I got my medicine. He says I’m the only one he calls when he’s out fishing. That makes me feel pretty special.
I’m not sure if I will go much into what else has been happening. We’ll probably keep this lite tonight. It is already 8:30 pm. I almost never write at this time of the day. I’m listening to CNN in the background. They are doing an expose on Sarah Palin, and after that will be one on Biden. I think tomorrow is the vice-president debate, but I’m not sure of that … I’ll have to check. Rich isn’t going to be back until 7-8 pm – IF he’s lucky. It seems that time never works out that good. I always get the optimal time rather than the practical. Rich reminded me though that I get to do whatever I want and that if he was home I’d be complaining.
He’s probably right there. Like he might tell me to go to bed when I really don’t want to. It might not help in that we had some coffee late in the day.
It’s like an occupational risk of owning an iPod. There’s a lot of stuff to be figuring out. I went to Starbucks to see if I could do the iPod Wi-Fi. I thought I was going to then have to get AT&T wi-fi, but that didn’t work out, because they said I’d have to change over to their Internet, which I didn’t want to do. I like my Comcast. Then I called my Sprint thinking that you could do Wi-Fi through phone connections, but that didn’t work out either. They didn’t have that service. So then, I called Comcast and WALLAH I got some results. It turns out that for $2 a month, I can get Wi-Fi service now on my computer … even though it is a desktop and not a laptop. That means that I will be able to sync from my computer instead of having to go to Starbucks, but if I wanted to sync out of the house then Starbucks would work. I didn’t mind being at Starbucks today … it was the first time, but I thought that it was too small to be very practical. That’s ok, I like the idea of getting wi-fi on my computer. Now all I have to do is arrange through Sister’s nephew to get the Wi-Fi password at work, and I’ll be good to go all around.
Hmm, having trouble concentrating. I forget where I was from just a moment ago. I hate to think that I’m beginning to get a little tired. I think it is an affect of having taken my medicine – and, then I ate a little leftover pizza which isn’t setting well on my stomach. I have that satiated feeling.
I think that I will wait until tomorrow to go into some of the stuff that happened at work. But, as a prelude – it went better than not.
Maybe I think I’m going to try watching a little movie. I think I’ve had enough politics for the day. Hmm, or maybe I could go to bed and get up tomorrow more fresh? That seems like a good idea to me. I just want to check one more time the To-do list. Let’s see how far we’ve gotten.
Ok, then … let’s get some sleep. Remember to turn off the TV, k?
