Yeeks ... Sorry - this is all we squeezed out in three days ... maybe today?
Good morning. This is me and this is Saturday morning. I’m not sure how long I have because Sweetie Pie should be getting up pretty soon. We were up very late last night … maybe toward midnight. I guess I fell asleep massaging his head. Ahh whatta way to go. We had had a very busy day. Let’s see I think we woke up then in a little bit we woke him up, and then I think we fell asleep while he was doing the shower. And, we both had our own computer time for a little while and then we were scheduled to be at the zoo from about 10 am. Woo HOOO. After the zoo, we came back, he did some business on the computer and I went through mail and then ended up picking out some clothes to order for our birthday. And, then he said we could come with him, cuz we’d asked in the car ride home … oh yeah before we came home that time, we got subways and had a lunch out at the park, and so then we went with him to one of his baseball games, because it was quite a while away in rush hour traffic. And, then we didn’t watch his game, but the practices in the other field, because the game was such a long walk away. And, then we stopped at Dominick’s and he got shrimp, pepperoni, cheese and crunchy garlic chips, and then we went home and added a couple of Margaritas to that. I tell you … the day was inspired.Back again, but I’m not too sure how long. We’ve been ogling the pictures that we’ve taken this last week or two. There is a fantastic new one where we were in the woods next to the salt creek marsh and we looked up into the trees … it is just the most beautiful greens. It contrasts lights toward the left, then middle in the middles band and then on the right two thirds are dark greens. And you can’t see it in the tree kind on the left, but on the right if you concentrated on the sky dappling in, you realize that some of the white light being let in is coming from the holes eaten by the cicadas. I don’t think they will be around much longer, but they are very loud now. We’ve got another picture where the shells of the cicadas are under a fence.
